MGF Hydraulic Waler Systems are used in conjunction with trench sheeting to provide a safe and effective trench support system.  There are three types of waling system available to suit a wide variety of trench depths and ground conditions.  Each waling system can be installed from outside the trench to ensure a safe method of working.

Light Duty Walers offer a system suitable for shallower trenches and good ground conditions where the loadings will be low.  The waler rails are available in lengths from 2.0m up to 4.0m in increments of 0.5m. Medium Duty Walers offer a system suitable for deeper trenches and poorer ground conditions where the loadings will be higher, while the Heavy Duty Walers offer a system suitable for the more onerous jobs.  The waler rails for the Medium Duty and Heavy Duty systems are available in standard lengths of 5.0m.
