King Posts and Infill Lining Panels are the ideal solution for congested sites, where sheet piles cannot be driven into the ground (i.e. rock) or where vibration has to be minimised. The system provides a clear working area, can be used on any shape or size of excavation and provides a cost effective alternative to contiguous piled walls.

The Infill Lining Panels are available in two standard sizes: Standard Duty panels are 3.0m long x 2.0m high; Heavy Duty panels are 3.5m long x 2.5m high. Alternatively, bespoke panels can be designed and manufactured to suit scheme specific requirements.

Installation of the system is easy with the King Posts being placed into a pre-bored hole. The Infill Lining Panels are then placed between the flanges of the King Posts and pushed down as the excavation proceeeds, similar to the installation of trench box panels.
