Ground Protection

MGF provide various sizes of both Road Crossing Plates and Groundguards.

Road Crossing Plates

Steel Road Crossing Plates are available in a variety of sizes and include lifting holes for safe handling. They are intended for use to cover uneven surfaces and narrow exposed excavations to reduce risks to the workforce and public alike.

Anti-slip coated plates are also available as required by The Safety at Street Works and Road Works Act and are approved to the Highway Authorities Product Approval Scheme (HAPAS).

Groundguards

Groundguards provide a versatile ground protection system to any site by helping to prevent ground damage and therefore reducing the risk vehicles becoming stuck They are lightweight, easy to install and are guaranteed to be unbreakable by vehicles up to 50 tonnes.
