How we can help

The first step is for our customers to complete a Design Request Form. The form is quick and easy to complete and identifies the key information required by MGF to fully comply with industry best practice. Our Technical Sales Team is on hand to assist with this part of the process.

Once all details have been agreed with the customer, MGF target completion of the design for approval within 48 hours. The format of the design issued depends upon the complexity of the scheme and may include detailed sequential drawings and 3D modelling.

MGF provide support via our Technical Sales Team and Design Services Team throughout the life of the scheme to ensure a total service is provided to our customers. We offer site inspections and provide technical advice to customers on training, competency assessment and procedures for safe excavation support.
